At Hinchables Pro, we developed a series of custom inflatable pool floats for a ColaCao promotional activation, transforming the visual identity of a highly recognisable product into an eye-catching floating element.
The project came through an events agency looking for an original solution for use in a swimming pool, combining brand visibility, audience interaction and entertainment.
The objective was to create fully customised promotional inflatables that were instantly recognisable and visually consistent with the original product.
The challenge: turning a recognisable product into an inflatable
The main challenge was to adapt the original packaging design into an inflatable format while preserving the graphic elements that make the product immediately identifiable.
The shape, colours, logo and overall visual composition all had to be transferred onto a custom inflatable pool float without losing the recognisable character of the product.
At the same time, the inflatables needed to be suitable for pool use and work not only as advertising elements, but also as interactive pieces for participants during the event.
Development of the custom inflatable floats
Using the artwork supplied by the agency, we developed made-to-measure inflatable pool floats with full-colour all-over printing.
During the design and production process, we focused especially on:
- adapting the original packaging to an inflatable format;
- reproducing the brand colours;
- maintaining the correct proportions of the logo and graphic elements;
- ensuring visibility from different viewing angles;
- adapting the shape for use in a swimming pool;
- achieving a strong overall visual finish.
The goal was to create inflatables that were immediately recognisable as promotional reproductions of the ColaCao product.

The full-surface printing allowed almost the entire float to become a branding space.
This made it possible to reproduce the colours, logo and characteristic graphics of the product with strong visual presence.
