Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms regulate the commercial relationship between HinchablesPRO and its clients regarding the manufacture and supply of custom advertising inflatable products.

1. General information

Use of the website and quote requests imply acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the service

• Design and manufacture of custom inflatables
• Made-to-order production
• Preliminary technical advice

3. Quotes

• Free and without obligation
• Valid for 15 days
• Subject to changes depending on requested modifications

4. Order and confirmation

The order is considered confirmed after acceptance of the quote and the agreed payment.

5. Payment terms

• 50% deposit to start production
• Remaining 50% before shipping

6. Production and timelines

Timelines are indicative and depend on project complexity and client approval.

7. Design and approval

The client must approve the design before production. Once approved, no modifications are accepted.

8. Custom products

• Returns are not accepted
• Cancellations are not accepted after production has started

9. Shipping and logistics

Unless otherwise indicated, shipments are carried out in Spain with transport companies selected for their reliability.

• A tracking number is provided
• Timelines depend on the carrier
• Risk transfers to the client upon handover to the carrier
• Damages must be reported within 24 hours

10. Warranty

Limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse or wear and tear.

11. Liability

HinchablesPRO shall not be liable for indirect damages or improper use of the product.

12. Intellectual property

Designs remain the property of HinchablesPRO until full payment.

13. B2B nature

Services are aimed at businesses. The right of withdrawal does not apply.

14. Data protection

Data will be processed in accordance with current regulations.

15. Applicable law

It is governed by Spanish law.
