  • Quotes and inquiry management: Preparation of customized commercial proposals and management of technical information requests. Data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the commercial offer and follow-up.
  • B2B business relationship: Managing relationships with professional clients and companies. Data will be retained during the business relationship and legal retention periods for tax obligations.
  • Commercial communications: Only if expressly authorized by the user, to send offers related to our professional products. Data will be retained until deletion is requested.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): Necessary to prepare and send the requested professional quote.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 19 LOPDGDD): For processing contact data of individuals providing services to legal entities.
  • Consent of the data subject: For sending commercial communications not directly related to the requested quote.

4. Mandatory nature of data provision

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in our forms are required to process your quote request. Without them, we will not be able to prepare the commercial evaluation.

5. Recipients and transfers

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required. However, technological service providers (hosting or CRM) acting as Data Processors under confidentiality agreements may access your data.

6. User rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, objection and portability by sending a written request together with a copy of your ID to ventas@hinchables.pro.

7. Supervisory authority

If you believe that the processing infringes applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
