At Hinchables Pro, we developed a 20 × 12 metre modular inflatable track, custom-designed to create a visually attractive, functional circuit that is easy to install in different types of spaces.
This solution is particularly suitable for events, brand activations, recreational circuits and temporary experiences, where quick installation, clear route visibility and the ability to adapt the configuration are essential.
The challenge
The aim of the project was to manufacture a large-format inflatable track, measuring approximately 20 × 12 metres, capable of clearly defining the route while maintaining a clean, organised and highly visible appearance.
In addition to visual impact, it was important for the circuit to be easy to understand and for the different sections to connect correctly to create a complete route.
The red and white colour combination enhanced the visibility of the track and gave it a dynamic look, particularly suitable for events, promotional activities and recreational experiences.
Project development
Starting from the initial design, we developed a modular inflatable structure made up of straight sections, curves and connecting elements.
The circuit was designed to cover an approximate area of 20 × 12 m, maintaining a balanced layout and a clearly defined route.
During development, we worked on both the overall configuration and the continuity between the different modules, with the aim of creating a coherent, functional and visually consistent structure.
Before delivery, we carried out the necessary inflation and assembly tests, checking the correct positioning of the different elements and the overall performance of the complete structure.
From design to final result
One of the most interesting aspects of the project was seeing the evolution from the initial concept to the finished product.
The render made it possible to define the circuit layout in advance and visualise the overall configuration before production began.
Later, during the assembly tests, we were able to verify the real scale of the track, the continuity between the different sections and the final visual impact of the complete circuit.

The result was a 20 × 12 metre modular inflatable track, with a clearly defined route, strong visual presence and a versatile configuration suitable for different types of events and activities.
This type of solution shows how custom modular inflatables can be used not only as decorative elements, but also as functional structures capable of organising spaces, creating routes and becoming an active part of an experience.
